How long will it take to get my item?

• Current processing time is around 1-4 weeks! 
• Please combine that with the shipping time below to find out how long it'll take for your package to arrive to you.

How long does shipping take?

• Canada: 2-5 business days.
• USA: 5-8 business days.
  
• Elsewhere: 15-30 business days.

What custom colors can you do?

• I am currently NOT accepting custom color orders while on vacation. It will be available again once I'm back!

My order arrived broken/missing pieces :(

Will packages to the US be affected by tariffs? 

• There are no tariffs on any items in my shop! All items are proudly Canadian made and therefore quality for CUSMA/USMCA! :)

I want a custom item! Are you open to commissions?

• My commissions are currently closed! Sign up for my newsletter in the footer (bottom of the website) to find out when they open!
  

How do I download the digital file I bought?

• Please make sure that you entered an email with your purchase! Check that email's spam for an email titled "Download your files". The sender is Sandoik <download@pendora.run>.

I bought a digital file on your old website and can't access it anymore!

• Please send me an email with your order number or reply to the confirmation email you received and I will get back to you!

A note about temperature and weather

• Almost all items are printed with PLA, which has a warping point of around 50-60°C/122-140°F
• All items are recommended to be used indoors. Outdoor use is okay as long as it is away from direct sunlight, especially the awning!
• Please retrieve your package asap if you know it will be left in a hot or sunny area for a long time.
• Please do not leave the items in a hot car on a sunny day as it could warp or melt.
