How long does shipping take?

• Canada: 2-7 days.
• USA: 5-8 days.
• UK: 6-9 days.
• Elsewhere: 14-28 days.

Will packages to the US be affected by tariffs? 

• There are no tariffs on any items in my shop! All items are proudly Canadian made and therefore quality for CUSMA/USMCA! :)

3D Printed Items

How long will it take to get my item?

• Current processing time is around 1-3 weeks! 
• Please combine that with the shipping time above to find out how long it'll take for your package to arrive to you.

What custom colors can you do?

• I can do pretty much any color as long as there is PLA/PLA+ filament for it :) You can request a custom color and I will search for a filament that matches it and confirm if it works for you OR you can search for the color you want + "PLA" and send me an URL or image of the color you want.

My order arrived broken/missing pieces :(

• Please contact me through the contact page or instagram! I try my best to pack each package with care but some things may slip past me. I apologize for the inconvenience!

I bought the files but I can't find the download link.

• The download link should appear on the bottom of the page after you purchased the file. You can also check for an email sent by Sandoikstitches for a link back to this page! 

I need an item for my event soon! Can you help me?

• Please let me know ASAP if you need a 3D printed item for a certain date and I will try my best to help you. If it's less than a week away, it is unfortunately not possible unless you live in BC/Western Canadian provinces. There may be an additional rush order fee.

I want a custom item! Are you open to commissions?

• Thank you for your interest! My commisions are currently closed but I will update this page and my instagram when I open them :)
