You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to sell physical 3D prints designed by Sandoik. This does not include collaboration products between Sandoik and any other artist (the product will be clearly labeled as a collab).\u003cbr\u003e1.1 If you cancel your membership, your commercial license is revoked at the next renewal date and you must cease selling Sandoik products immediately. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2. You must credit Sandoik as the creator of the models\/products on any shop listings or social media posts regarding the sale of the products. You may not claim ownership of the models or designs for any reason.\u003cbr\u003e2.1 If selling at an in-person event, you must credit Sandoik as the creator when asked.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3. You may not change, sell, or redistribute the STL or 3MF files or download links in any way. \u003cbr\u003e3.1 The only exception is the \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/sandoik.com\/products\/product-3d-printed-connectorwith-peg-files-only\" title=\"connectors\" target=\"_blank\"\u003econnectors\u003c\/a\u003e file. You may create your own front design and sell the base connectors with that front design. You may not change the base connector model itself. \u003cbr\u003e3.2 Almost all models are branded with the word SANDOIK. You may not remove or change this branding. If you have downloaded the models\/files before March 25th 2026, please redownload them to get the updated files. Sale of models not containing the branding is prohibited (does not apply to connectors).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e4. You are responsible for the quality and safety of the 3D prints you sell. Sandoik is not liable for any defects, injuries, or disputes that arise from the use or sale of the printed items.\u003cbr\u003e4.1 You agree to resolve any disputes that may occur between you and  your customer regarding the 3D printed items. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e5. You must create\/take your own photos and videos of the products. You may not use photos created by Sandoik in any way EXCEPT for the images officially provided with this license. \u003cbr\u003e5.1 You may use the models provided to render your own images of the product or take pictures of the physical 3D print.\u003cbr\u003e5.2 If listing Sandoik products on an online shop, you may not use the officially provided images as the first\/listing image.\u003cbr\u003e5.3 You may not edit the official images in any way.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e6. You may not use the files to create injection molds or any other mass-manufacturing method other than 3D printing.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e7. You may not use Artificial Intelligence in the training, creation, or modification of any Sandoik models, images, or physical 3D prints.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e8. You may only sell to those outside of Canada and the United States. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e9. The terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. All changes will be effective 30 days after posting for current members and immediately for new members. By staying subscribed, you agree to any changes that occur.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e10.
